Shipping policy

We ship with USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS. At checkout you can select the option best suited for the delivery location.

Once the package has been scanned in by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package as it is out of our hands.

What if I received a shipping notification, but the tracking number hasn’t updated? Please email us at hello@nicolemalia.co so we can determine the next steps. Sometimes packages get held up in the USPS system and although the package has been dropped off, it hasn’t been scanned. In these cases, the tracking number updates within a few days and it is delivered as expected. On rare occasions we have packages that end up missing. When this occurs, we have many ways to remedy the situation to make sure our customers are taken care of and happy.
